You remain responsible for backing up and removing all personal information from your device. Fone Studio is not responsible for the loss of data left on a device.

Device Inspection and Valuation

Any initial valuation provided by Fone Studio is based on the information you submit during the buyback process.

Once your device is received, we may inspect and test it to confirm its:

Physical condition

Network status

Activation-lock status

Ownership and security status

Where the device differs from the description provided, we may issue a revised valuation.

You may be given the opportunity to accept or reject the revised offer in accordance with the instructions provided during the transaction.

Pricing and Payments

The final value of a device is determined by Fone Studio following inspection and assessment.

Payments will be processed in accordance with the valuation accepted by you and our Payment Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete bank account information. We may delay or withhold payment where additional verification is reasonably required.

Rejected or Ineligible Devices

We may refuse to purchase a device where:

The device is linked to an unpaid finance agreement.
